Shipping policy

Chung Jae Lee will fulfill orders Monday to Friday, within 2 business days of order and payment being processed.

Our delivery provider is Sendle. Shipping generally arrives between 2-8 days from order, however exact time frame can not be guaranteed. Some delays may be experienced due to postal and freight service delays that are out of our control. 

 

We also offer 'Click and Collect' service. You can collect from our Seoul Sisters at 84 Halifax St, Adelaide SA 5000 7 days a week, Monday - Friday 8.00am - 2.30pm. and Weekends between 9.00am - 2.00pm. Proof of purchase needs to be presented for collection.

Unfortunately we do not offer Express Shipping.
